Bradley Dykstra, DDS, MBA, was born and raised in Shelby, Michigan. He graduated from the University of Michigan’s Dental School, and then started Hudsonville Dental in 1978. In recent years Dr. Dykstra has founded two additional offices, one in Grand Rapids and the other in Grand Haven. 

 

Dr. Dykstra is a huge advocate of continuing education and fervently keeps up with the changes in current technology, as well as the latest procedures, techniques, and dental materials. In fact, Dr. Dykstra is a well-respected authority on dental technology and the digital office in the dental field. He has traveled around the United States to give seminars on topics like digital radiography and the digital dental office, among other things.

 

He has done presentations for Practiceworks (Kodak), and has also spoken for the Michigan Dental Association, New Orleans Dental Conference, 3rd District Dental Society of New York, and the Seattle Study Club, among others.

In addition to teaching, Dr. Dykstra has been published in numerous dental magazines and journals on various topics relating to the digital dental office and practice management.

In his spare time, Dr. Dykstra enjoys sailing, learning, traveling, and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
